Inside Sales and Marketing Representative – N. Chesterfield, VA

As a Sales and Marketing Rep with SanAir, you must possess exceptional communication, listening, and presentation skills as well as a positive attitude. You must be driven to succeed and be able to work independently to build our book of business. You must be diligent, charismatic, innovative, and customer-service oriented. As a representative of SanAir, you must project a professional appearance and demeanor to inspire confidence in your customers.

Our mission is to provide a superior sales experience that will create loyal SanAir customers. The main focus of this position is to promote our services by developing and supporting field marketing programs. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to support sales activities (shows, events, campaigns, etc.) and utilize your marketing expertise to help develop and execute marketing programs that will increase demand and drive revenue. 

Primary Duties

  • Impacts sales results by developing, supporting and executing field marketing and segment activities.
  • Executes Marketing campaigns and Plans Events depending on expertise.
  • Works with appropriate clients to support campaigns.
  • Works with Sales and Marketing Manager to determine appropriate customized programs and strategies for various market segments.
  • Monitors use of existing sales tools.
  • Provides input on requirements for additional tools.
  • Advises on new ideas to generate revenue for various clientele.
  • Influence the sales process through cold calling.
  • Build excitement and urgency for the customer.
  • Communicate value to our clients through in-depth needs analysis. 
  • Use your creative ability to initiate target marketing through social media. 
  • Utilize your strong closing techniques in order to make the sale.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers. 

Qualifications

An ideal sales candidate will have:

  • A four year college degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience or training in marketing or sales preferred, but willing to make exceptions for the right candidate.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated, successful sales experience.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Strong closing skills.
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills.
  • Valid US work authorization.
  • Current Driver’s License.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Desire to succeed.
