Part-Time Receptionist/Office Assistant
Compensation: Depending on Experience
We are seeking a part time receptionist to work Tuesday – Thursday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Candidate must have excellent communication and superior customer service skills. Must be customer service oriented, responsible, punctual, and be able to multi-task. Professional attitude and appearance also a must. This self-driven individual needs to be confident, organized, analytical and a capable problem-solver who strives for excellence in their work. Experience in administrative environment preferred.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
• Welcoming clients / guests into office professionally. • Answering phone calls and directing calls or taking messages, filing, mail preparation, and assisting with various projects. • Managing the daily Admin related tasks. • Will complete other assigned tasks and duties as need or requested in a timely fashion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. • Ability to learn complex information. • Ability to work effectively alone or with co-workers to accomplish goals. • Handles stressful and busy times in a calm manner.

Hourly pay: $8.50 – $10.00 depending on experience.
