IT IS VITAL THAT YOU COLLECT AND DESTROY ANY SANAIR UPS LABELS PRIOR TO June 2, 2025. From this date, any clients whose agents, employees or contractors use a SanAir UPS label generated either from our shipping portal or use one of the pre-stick UPS labels sent by us will be charged a $150 fee for EACH INSTANCE. The reason for this charge results from the cessation of our shipping discounts, and any label used on and after June 2, 2025 will incur full retail rates.

FedEx labels will be available through our shipping portal beginning June 2. If you would like to receive pre-stick FedEx labels to have in hand in anticipation of this date, please contact our Support Team (support@sanair.com) 804.897.1177 or contact your sales representative.

WHY ARE WE SWITCHING?
According to some estimates, UPS has laid off 40,000 employees in the wake of signing their Teamsters contract in 2023. Their cost-cutting measures, as well as their reliance on short-term and contract help during peak shipping periods (now 30% of the calendar year) have adversely impacted their service. In addition to declining service, UPS continues to add surprise random fees, such as peak-time surcharges and fuel surcharges as fuel costs go down, none of which enhance the customer experience.
