FedEx Shipping Issues

We are aware that a small portion of our clients are being impacted by FedEx delivery issues to our Richmond location. These issues include confusing/inaccurate tracking information and late delivery (hours or days). Your samples are important to us, and we are actively communicating with FedEx to address these failures.

Our contract with FedEx allows us to use Standard Overnight labels and get the same package priority as Priority Overnight. In light of some of the recent delays, we are in the process of updating our website to provide Priority Overnight labels only.

In addition, we continue to work with FedEx management to track down individual late packages. As you may know, there was some weather that went through Memphis the evening of Monday, June 30 that delayed package deliveries on Tuesday, July 1. In general, however, the late deliveries have been failures at FedEx operations. If you have late packages, please contact your sales representative or support@sanair.com and we will escalate issues to FedEx operations to expedite delivery of your packages.

We will continue to update as more information becomes available. Please do continue to communicate with us regarding delays or gaps in service so that we may keep FedEx in the loop. We thank you for your patience as we navigate and correct the issues with FedEx.
